We are in the midst of launching our new social marketing campaign, I’m Glad I Failed. The artwork is now available and can be downloaded here for print and online banner advertisements. We will maximize exposure of this arresting new campaign during National Suicide Prevention Week (September 7 through 13, 2008).
I’m Glad I Failed depicts images of gay youth with stories about how intolerance and harassment led them to attempt suicide, and how glad they are that those attempts failed because their lives have since changed for the better.
We need your help to maximize exposure of this campaign! We’d like to place the print advertisements in publications throughout the country. We also have posters for distribution at schools and organizations that interact with youth. Download the artwork free of charge at the above URL, or e-mail Jacque, our communications manager, at: Jacqueline.Wing@TheTrevorProject.org, to obtain posters or artwork in any size not available online.
Check out four different versions of our banner ad above and spread the word! We encourage you to distribute the artwork to any outlets that will build the buzz of the campaign. With your help, we can ensure that all youth have access to the resources they need in order to live the happy, healthy lives they deserve.
